We would like to welcome you to our subdivision.  You chose to live here and we hope to catch you home so we can welcome you personally to our neighborhood.  Please contact our Sunshine Welcome Committee when convenient so they can meet with your for 10-15 minutes.  They have a folder with helpful information and goodies, plus a GMCA mug filled with candy.

We would like to welcome every new neighbor personally. We need your help to do this.  If you see someone moving in or out of a home, contact us and give us the address and street so we can update our records.

If there are any VACANT homes near you, we need to know that information also.  Help us keep our master list up-to-date so we can make sure we welcome all new neighbors to our subdivision.

DUES Payment Options

MEMBERSHIP DUES COLLECTION
Changes for 2017

The membership dues for our Association is $25.  Your dues is something we hope you feel is worth paying.  It pays for many of the events we host, our newsletter which is published six times a year, maintenance of our entrance-ways and capital projects to name a few.  Our Board members act as liaison between the City and our neighborhood when issues arise or a resident needs help with an ordinance issue.  We have a working Neighborhood Watch with Block Captains for every street in our neighborhood.  Please remember issues you may have with the City should not reflect against your support for GMCA.  We do what we can to help our residents with issues, but if you are not satisfied with a City controlled issue, we hope you continue to support GMCA as your association.

CHANGE TO DUES COLLECTION TIMING:  It starts in July with an envelope attached to the July/August newsletter.  Your payment is due by August 31st.  In September. we will send out the door-to-door volunteer collectors to collect from homes that haven't turned in their envelope.  This collection will end on October 31st.

PLEASE be courteous to our volunteers, come to the door and meet them with a smile.  We are all one big happy family.
